The Landry Administration has been making huge deals with corporations behind closed doors.  To keep these deals secret, the state has been using nondisclosure agreements, legal contracts called NDAs, that stop people from sharing what they know.  More than 50 elected officials have signed them.  The constituents, residents, don’t find out about these deals until after they are done
